We return with my husband from your hotel on sunday, where we stay trough the weekend. I don't know if you still remember, but I re-order term of december.

I would like say you, that it was amazing time for us. It was first time in ten years, where we are with my husband were outside the home together and great staff contributed to the excellent comfort.

We are delighted. I don't know at all whether I will praise enough. Smiles on the face all day, in every situation maximum of helpfulness from the staff, both shift, workers on balneo too. I can honestly say, that we never experienced with this services.We agree with husband that it was indeed the most proper place where we could enjoy our anniversary. Sometimes I felt like in another world, in some of relaxation procedures I poured tears of happiness. Only thing we regret, that were not personally to thank the cooks, and that we not ask for a book of suggestions and complaints, because there we all well written.

I would like very thanks you, because probably big part of this Hotel success is your credit. I wish you power, luck and health in personal and bussiness life. We want arrive again in summer and we recommend your Hotel, where we can just.

I thank you and especially to staff of hotel for the excellent weekend, which we are stayed in your hotel. I never met so pleasant staff for long time. Service of your girls have high standart for me like customer or from the professional point of view (I'm instructor trainers of the are of customer orentation, communication skills etc)

For overall rating I can write only the best thing, although on saturday was bad wheater all day.

But I thanks to the willingness and personal recommendations ladies behind the bar (the name I have forgotten the way home, of course, I remember that my little niece - twins), we enjoyed a beautiful evening in the pool in the hotel Pacific. And with us on Friday stay long time after closing time, for that we apologize to her.

Excellent service for twins of our friends was breathtaking.
